High-speed internet (300 MB) is available in all 4 spacious suites, each equipped with air conditioning, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests — ideal for groups and families.

Enjoy the large outdoor area, complete with a pizza oven, barbecue grill, and 3 fireplaces (2 in the living rooms and 1 in one of the bedrooms). The area is surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing and sharing special moments.

Casa das Jaqueiras comfortably hosts up to 13 people.

There are 3 suites on the ground floor and a loft bedroom with an external bathroom.

Suite 1: queen-size bed.

Suite 2: two bunk beds.

The kitchen is American-style, independent, and fully equipped with various utensils, 2 refrigerators, and 1 freezer.

The house is located approximately 200 meters from the beach entrance (about a 3-minute walk), near the Jacuta market and Tubarão snack bar.

We provide beach chairs and umbrellas for added guest comfort.

Services

Josi, the caretaker, is responsible for basic cleaning of the property, including sweeping the common areas, emptying bathroom trash bins, and tidying the bedrooms.

These services are carried out daily from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., without changes to the schedule.

For groups larger than 8 guests, it is necessary to hire an additional helper for cleaning services.

The fee for this extra service is R$ 150.00 per day.

The caretaker can also be hired separately for cooking, to be arranged directly on site.

Pets

Pets are allowed for a fee of R$ 150.00 per pet.

The caretaker lives on the property in an independent house.

The property is fully surrounded by walls. Two dogs remain secured, separated from the guests and the main area.
