Casa das Jaqueiras is located about 300 meters from the beach, close to the market and snack bar Tubarão. It has beach chairs and umbrellas.

It is not located in a condominium, but it is super safe, as there is a guard from 10 pm to 6 am. We have the reliable homemade Juce to recommend if you need cooking or cleaning services.

Obs.: The housekeeper lives on-site in a separate house and has 2 dogs that are trapped and separated from the area that will be made available in the lease.

CASA DAS JAQUEIRAS is close to the Jacuta Market and the Tubarão snack bar. Its other strengths are: the super safe location (with a guard around the block from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am). The best restaurants in the city are less than 500m away, you don't need to use the car for anything if you don't want to.

The ideal is to come by car from Congonhas airport through the Imigrantes highway or through Mogi Bertioga coming from Guarulhos airport.
