For your total relaxation, housekeeper Joce performs daily cleaning (9 am-12 pm), including tidying up social areas and bedrooms. She can also be hired separately for cooking (direct arrangement). Late Checkout on Sundays and holidays at 6:00 PM.

The Space

Casa das Jaqueiras comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults and 3 children. It features:

1 suspended bedroom with a private bathroom.

The kitchen is American-style and separate, equipped with various utensils, 2 refrigerators, and 1 freezer.

The TV room has a 45-inch television, with integrated dining and living areas.

There is also a game room and parking space for 3 cars.

Enjoy the extensive outdoor area with a pizza oven, barbecue grill, and 3 fireplaces.

Location

The house is located approximately 300 meters from the beach, close to the Tubarão market and snack bar. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas for guests' comfort.

Services

Our housekeeper, Joce, is responsible for the daily house cleaning, which includes sweeping social areas, changing bathroom trash, and sweeping the bedrooms. This service occurs daily from 9 am to 12 pm and the schedule cannot be changed. Additionally, the housekeeper can be hired separately for cooking, through a direct arrangement.

Pets

We are pet-friendly, subject to a fee of R$ 150.00 per pet.

The housekeeper lives on the property in a separate house. The premises are walled, and there are two dogs that remain secured and separate from the main area, with no contact with guests.

Security

The house is not located in a gated community, but it is very secure, with a night watchman from 10 pm to 6 am.

Total Guest Support: We offer remote assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for emergencies or urgent matters. For daily and operational support, our housekeeper Joce is available on-site during business hours (9 am to 6 pm).

"Camburi or Cambury" Beach with white and loose sand, clear sea and perfect waves. Most sought after place by surfers and extreme sports. There is no lack of leisure and relaxation: ecological trails through the hinterland, windsurfing, kayaking, diving, fishing and a lot of nightlife. On Rua da Praia and in the countryside of Camburi it is possible to find typical art objects, such as multicolored wooden works that depict the fauna and characteristics of the region. The Cambury neighborhood is full of charm and is home to diverse dining options along the main street and its surroundings. 5 star restaurants such as Manacá, Ácua and others make Cambury a gastronomic circuit on the north coast.
