Property Care
Hydraulic System: To avoid inconveniences and clogs during your stay, we kindly ask you not to flush toilet paper or any other materials down the toilets. Please use the trash bins provided.
Climate and Energy: We ask for your support in turning off the air conditioning whenever you are away from the property.
Organization: Make yourself at home. We only ask that you maintain general cleanliness, dispose of trash correctly, and do not move the furniture from its original places.
Tobacco-Free Environment: Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas, using ashtrays or disposing of cigarette butts directly in the trash.
Silence and Harmony
Respect for Neighbors: We ask for noise moderation during the day. Between 10:00 PM and 09:00 AM, total silence is required.
Events: The property is strictly for residential use; parties are not permitted.
Pool and Outdoor Area
Hygiene: Please use the outdoor shower to remove sunscreen or sand before entering the house or the pool.
Safety: We ask that you do not use glass cups in the pool area to avoid accidents.
Pets
We accept up to 2 pets (additional fee of 200 reais per pet).
We ask for the immediate cleaning of pet waste and that pets do not enter the pool for filtration and hygiene reasons.
Technical Information
Voltage: The house is 220 Volts.
Showers: Our bathrooms have electric showers.
Connection: Wi-Fi may fluctuate during heavy rain or strong winds due to our geographical location.
Additional Information and Fees
Extra Guests: Limit of up to 2 additional guests, with a cost of 200 reais per person.
Check-in and Check-out:
Early Check-in (before 4:00 PM) or Late Check-out (after 10:00 AM): Subject to availability, a fee of 50% of the daily rate is charged.
Late Check-in: For arrivals after 10:00 PM, a convenience fee of 150 reais applies.
Changes: Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed to another accommodation without incurring costs.
