Casa Tubarao - Heated Pool in Camburi

Shark House accommodates up to 15 guests and is 30 meters from the beach. It features a heated pool in winter, 5 suites with air conditioning and fans, a living room with a 55" TV, and 300 MB Wi-Fi. It has 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a deck with barbecue, private heated pool, and 5 parking spaces. Bed linen, towels, beach chairs, and umbrella are included. Pets allowed, R$200 fee per animal. Secure location, no condominium. Noise is not allowed!

Main House

• Suite 1: One queen bed and one pull-out single bed stored under the queen bed.

• Suite 2: One double bed and a trundle bed (single bed with an additional pull-out single bed).

• Suite 3: Three single beds (one bunk bed and one single bed).

Guest House

• Suite 4: One queen bed.

• Suite 5: Three single beds (two single beds and one pull-out bed).

The property is very secure, with security cameras on the streets and a guard patrolling the block from 10 PM to 6 AM. Guests have access to all rooms except for a few locked cabinets. Check-in and check-out are managed by the caretaker, who does not reside on the property. I am available via mobile messages whenever needed.

Additional Fees:

• Pet Fee: R$ 200 per stay.

• Late check-in (after 10 PM): R$ 150 (payable at check-in via cash or Pix).

Early check-in (before 4 PM) and late check-out (after 12 PM) are subject to a 50% daily rate fee, depending on availability.

Optional beach service: Includes tent and chair setup and removal at the beach for R$ 100 per day.

The voltage throughout the house is 220V.
